Steven "The Great" Kanumba, one of Tanzania's most popular actors, died in the early hours of this morning in a fatal car accident. The actor, who is a household name in Tanzania, also featured in a few Nollywood movies. He was only 28 years old. A shocking news for Tanzania and the Africa movie Industry. So sad! May his soul rest in peace...amen.

kanumba was killed by LULU (18) whose name is Elizabeth Michael . in the house there was kanumba, her and kanumba's young brother after some minutes when kanumba and lulu entered in the kanumba's room some noices heard which was like a conflict as kanumba arguing about the call lulu picked up. there after lulu got out the house asking kanumba's brother to help as kanumba fell over and hit the floor . the bad this is the girl ranned away after that situation.
other sources here in Tanzania says Lulu smacked him with heavy stuff on his head and later push him to the floor . it is believed that the two were not in relation thats create question marks why lulu entered kanumba's house at 2 Am ...........the girl is detained but lulu was too young to play kanumba she forgot studies and jumped in love affairs this is what she applied for.
so ar they going to find thus girl mean the police nometter they wont brong him back
I don't know what happened, but as far as am concerned Kanumba was like a role model to me. Yet, from where am standing there was some stupidity involved. Coz there is no way on earth that a person like him to be in Love with 18yrs girl. This need to be as some thing to learn from.

I can believe this. Tzd particularly and Africa generally lost a VIP. RIP Kanumba.
People he was a role model to some of us, but lest we forgot that he was a human being. Which mean that he was destined to die. I mean look at those gorgeous Tanzania actresses his age, which could made him happier. I mean I don't about this, but to tell you the truth there are so many people who were his fun here in the U.S. when they heard that he died because of that little girl they were humiliated. All am say is that, this need to be as an example to the rest of us young people who are trying to make it to the top. Come on guys we are not like animals, we are better than that. I got two quotes though I don't know if they apply to this situation but they mean a lot to me . It is very sad incident to know that the great actor kanumba steven is no more, but this calls for remaining people to stand and give their lives to Jesus since they dont know when they will die.

Myself I didn't like him, but I Loved him from the bottom of my heart, he meant a lot to me in a lot of ways, how about you? He is the one who made me want to be an actor, how about you?
