A Girl Who Stole A Black Berry Phone Stripped Naked and Beaten

I came across this video and I was really disappointed with the way some people can be so callous. A girl was stripped naked, kicked to the ground, they were mostly guys surrounding her, touching her, some slapped her buttocks...someone tried to put his finger in her vagina...you know, just dehumanizing stuff...all because she allegedly stole a blackberry phone. No need to post the video so most of you will not complain I spoil your Monday afternoon.

Where's our conscience? If you catch a thief ni, is it not in our law to hand him/ her over to the police? Why beat, take photo, strip and etc
